The staff has always been great! I get a custom drink and they know it by heart now! The customer service has been amazing and they care about getting your order right! I've never seen an unhappy employee at this location!

"Got you."
Do you?
Fairly busy standalone Starbucks, but no one in line in front of me. Wait, wait, "we'll be with you shortly." Space cadet finally comes. Ordered a mocha and coffee cake at a million different Starbucks. Wait, wait. Person in line after me gets their coffee from space cadet. Wait, wait. Next person gets theirs. Wait, wait. Next person gets their white mocha from space cadet. Wait, wait. Space cadet hands me my coffee, no food. I had a coffee cake too.
"Got you."
Do you have me? It doesn't seem like you do. And it was one of the worst mochas I've had after all that. I think he forgot the chocolate and the coffee. -

Really lovely Starbucks! Not very busy and employees were kind and offered good suggestions when I wanted to try something new. The inside is very updated and comfortable and the bathrooms were nice and clean. Not my usual location, but definitely worth returning to!

Ok so I love most of the drinks but if I put in a mobile order then it should be put on front of most of the standard line so all in all service was very slow and I am disappointed.

This Starbucks seems to be more focused on their drive-thru customers than their walk-in customers. I stopped by today to try them out, and I opted to walk in and order rather than going through the drive-thru. There was only one customer in line in front of me, and the person behind the counter was taking her order as I walked in. I then waited approximately five minutes without being acknowledged at all, while the person responsible for taking orders at the register ran around getting orders for drive-thru customers. The closest I got to ordering was the person behind the register acknowledging me with a "I'll be with you in a minute." I waited a minute or two after that, and I finally left without ordering, as this person seemed to have gotten into a lengthy discussion regarding locating the Earl Grey Tea for someone else working there and was not any closer to taking my order.
I really hope they are able to work out the kinks, as I do want to see this place succeed. There is definitely a lot of room for improvement in their workflow.
